Send a Digital Case

Login to your 3Shape account
Under "More" click “Settings”
Click “Connections” then "Labs" and click "Add"
Search “Oral Arts Dental Lab” ensuring it is the Huntsville, Alabama location, then request to connect
Once submitted, Oral Arts will receive your files via email

Create an AS Connect Account: If you don't already have one, create an account on the Alliedstar website.

Log in to AS Connect: Access the platform using your credentials.
Navigate to "My Partner": Find the "My Partner" button on your dashboard.
Add the Lab: Click "Add Partner" within the Partner List window.
Search for the Lab: In the Add Partner window, enter Oral Arts Dental Lab fixed or search for us by email using digital01@oralartsdental.com, and click the search icon.
Select and Apply: Choose Oral Arts from the search results and click "Apply".
Await Approval: A connection request will be sent to our lab.
Start Sending Cases: Once we approve the connection, you can begin sending them your cases through the AS Connect platform.

Open Carestream Connect on your scanner
Search for Oral Arts Dental Lab and add the lab, mindful that it is the Huntsville location
Send your files
You can also submit your files through our Oral Arts Customer Portal or by using the DDX System

Log in to Sirona Connect at www.cerec-connect.com
Select "My Cerec Connect” and “Edit Account”
Under “My Account” choose “My Favorite Laboratories”
Under “Company Name” search “Oral Arts Dental Labs IOS” for the Huntsville location or “Oral Arts Mobile” for the Mobile location and check the box
Click “Add” to register
*Trouble finding us? Try searching by our zip code 35801 (Huntsville Lab) or 36608 (Mobile Lab)
Select your restoration preferences, mindful to choose REMOVABLES if it is a removable case. Click “Submit Cart”. Oral Arts will receive an email notification in regards to your file.

Log in to DEXIS IS Connect: Use your DEXIS IS Connect credentials.

Initiate the connection: Look for an "Invite a partner" or "Add Lab" option within the Partners section.
Enter lab information: cadcam@oralartsdental.com
Send the invitation: The system will send a connection request to our lab.
We will receive an invitation
Once we accept the request, the partnership is established, and you can begin sending files directly to our lab through DEXIS IS Connect.

Contact Align Technology at 1-800-577-8767 and request to add Oral Arts Dental Lab Inc, to your "Favorite Lab" list. Our Lab ID – 2307
Under settings, select “Sync Configuration”
Click "Send" and your case will be sent to Align Technology for margin marking, then will arrive to Oral Arts for production

Log in to your Medit account at meditlink.com
Under “Partner” search for Oral Arts with the email address cadcam@oralartsdental.com and request the partnership
Once approved, choose Oral Arts Dental Lab when completing the digital RX

Please contact Ori customer support at 1-435-500-2986 for assistance in adding your scanner to Oral Arts. Our email used for connections is fixedcadcam@oralartsdental.com. Please provide this to the representative you speak to at Ori.

Export models in STL format:
Step 1 - Click the case in the Patient's Case Files list, then 3D Model Export.
Step 2 - Navigate to the desired destination folder, and save the impression file as ".stl" files
Step 3 - Upload files to your Oral Arts Customer Portal or use the DDX System  to submit your case digitally

Sign in to Dental Cloud: Access your Shining 3D Dental Cloud account.

Navigate to Connections: Locate the "Connections" or similar tab within the Dental Cloud interface.
Initiate a New Connection: Click the "new" or "+" button to create a new connection request.
Enter Lab Information: Oral Arts Dental Lab or digital01@oralartsdental.com.
Send the Request: Submit the connection request to our lab.
Establish the Connection: Once approved, the connection will be established, and you can transmit data.

Ensure you have the necessary software and hardware for your Straumann AXS scanner connected to your network.

Log into Straumann Access: You'll need a Straumann account to access the AXS platform and its features.
Navigate to "Virtual Vivo" order tab: Within the Straumann Access platform, locate the "Virtual Vivo" order tab, which is often found in the left-hand menu, notes a YouTube video.
Select the patient order: Choose the specific patient order for which you want to share the scan data.
View and share scans: Within the order, you can access and view the scans. From there, you can likely share the data with our lab via the Straumann Access platform.
Consider cloud integration: The AXS platform is designed with cloud integration in mind, allowing for easy case sharing and collaboration with the dental lab.
